TERM & CONDITION OF AMAZING ANGKORWAT SERVICE

RESERVATION

All the reservation must be booked through "Amazing AngkorWat Service".

CONFIRMATION

All the reservation will be confirmed by our return Email. In case immediate reconfirmation is not possible, we will inform the booking status.

TOUR COST

All cost are quoted in US Dollars in cash. It is subject to change without prior notice. Please check with us again upon your reservation. ( We always charge the cost each service in US Dollars in cash)

CHILDREN POLICY

For children between 2 to 12 years olds, the following price policy applies:

  • Child in extra bed 20% discount on the cost of package tour
  • Child no bed 30% discount on the cost of package tour
  • Child in twin 10% discount on the cost of package tour

For infants between 0-2 years old, the following policy applies:

  • No extra bed, no meals, no entrance. All services free, except air ticket (70% discount on adults fare)

CANCELLATION

For any cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charge incurred. Hotels in Cambodia generally have 35 Days notice of cancellation policy as below:

  • 35 days prior arrival will be no charge
  • 34 to 15 days prior arrival 20% charge of the total cost
  • 14 to 10 days prior arrival 30% charge of the total cost
  • 9 to 6 days prior arrival 70% charge of the total cost
  • 5 days prior arrival or no show will be 100% charge of the total cost

LIABILITY

"Amazing AngkorWat Service" : Our rules about the responsibility are as below:

- We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damages sustained by passengers and customers.

- All additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural and other disasters, political actions and unrests, shall be borne by passengers and customers.

PAYMENT

The 30% of prepayment through the bank remittance must be sent to Amazing Angkorwat Service at least 35 days before prior your arrival in Cambodia if the tour cost including Accommodation. Also, the remittance fee will be made by your own side. The rest of payment will be charged in US$ Dollars in cash upon arrival. ( You could send us this deposit 30% to our bank account as below or send it through money telegram which is quick way to send. (One of the reliable bank company of is "WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER"). When you send it this way, you just tell our Adress and Telphone number to your this bank or any bank which has Western Union Money Transfer. Then you could send us the number code that the bank will give you after you send the money.

If the tour cost included only (Tour guide and Transport), the payment can be made upon the arrival or at the end of the tour. Bank Account information will be sent directly to your email address upon request. (All the payment will be charged in US Dollars in cash)
